Class 4 - Science Topic - All About Our Bodies

We have been learning about the circulatory system, a healthy diet, the effects of alcohol, medicines, drugs and smoking on our bodies and how exercise is important for us. The children became personal trainers for the afternoon and designed a personal fitness session for a client that included a mixture of aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
