The excitement was palpable in the hall today for one of the most anticipated events in the Aldbury calendar. In a long-standing tradition, our youngest learners in Reception took centre stage to help decide the fate of our oldest pupils. With the whole school watching, Ezra and Freya had the special honour of drawing names from the bag to select this year’s May King and Queen from Year 6.

There was a huge cheer as Grayson was announced as our May King and Hattie as our May Queen! These two will have the prestigious role of leading the May Fair parade and being officially crowned during the festivities. It was really lovely to see the genuine joy and support from all the children as they celebrated their peers. 🌸👑
