Over the past few weeks, Class 1 has had some very special, fluffy visitors! The children have been absolutely captivated watching ducklings hatch and grow right inside their classroom.

This hands-on project has brought our science learning to life in the most magical way. Our young biologists have been:

🥚 Tracking the lifecycle from egg to duckling

🌾 Learning what animals need to stay happy and healthy

💦 Practising being gentle, responsible carers (and watching those amazing first swims!)

It’s safe to say there has been a lot of love, care, and plenty of happy quacking in Class 1!
