Music Assembly
Tue 26 Mar 2024๐ต We were in for a treat yesterday with our music assembly! ๐๐ป From Year 2 all the way up to Year 6, our talented students showcased their musical skills with instruments including keyboard, guitar and violin. ๐น๐ธ๐ป We mustn't forget about our amazing choir who performed two excellent songs! ๐ต๐ถ
Despite a few pesky technical difficulties, our incredible students pushed through and delivered amazing performances! ๐ Their determination and hard work really paid off - there is a lot of talent amongst them! ๐

Class 3 Mega Assembly
Thu 21 Mar 2024This week we were treated to Class 3's incredible Mega Assembly on natural disasters! ๐
๐ญ The assembly was a fantastic showcase of their topic work, featuring songs and dramatic performances. The students explored the powerful forces of nature and shared their knowledge!
๐ต From tornadoes to earthquakes, the children brought these natural phenomena to life through their immersive performances. They demonstrated great teamwork and creativity, truly embodying the spirit of learning.
๐ We are so proud of Class 3 for their hard work and dedication in putting together this spectacular assembly. It was an opportunity for them to combine their classroom learning with the performing arts, resulting in a truly great event!
๐ Let's give a round of applause to the talented students and the staff for this outstanding achievement! ๐

Class 1 at the Zoo
Thu 14 Mar 2024Yesterday Class One went wild at the zoo! They had an amazing adventure, exploring the dinosaur world with some very noisy dinosaurs and saw loads of animals: penguins, a snow leopard and camels!
They also learned all about bears from Chris the Sun Bear Keeper to help with their class bear hunt topic!

Class 3 football tournament
Wed 13 Mar 2024Yesterday Class 3 attended a football tournament at @tringschoolpe , where our talented students showed off their football skills despite the rainy weather! ๐ง๏ธ๐ช
๐๏ธ Tring School provided a fantastic indoor venue, allowing our young football players to play their hearts out without worrying about the rain. They showed great teamwork and sportsmanship and were really supportive of each other and the whole event
This event showcased not only their football skills but also their resilience and adaptability in adverse weather conditions. ๐ฆ๏ธโญ

Class 4 learning outside
Fri 08 Mar 2024Class 4 have been busy taking their learning outdoors and making the most of the sunnier weather. They have also been bringing some of the outdoors indoors! Recent activities have included an outdoor grammar hunt, composing their own 8 bar melody and cleaning dirty water through filtration.

World Book Day
Thu 07 Mar 2024“Let us remember: One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world.” - Malala Yousafzai
For Aldbury today - 'one word' was the theme and everyone did superbly. Ancient, illuminated, curious, incognito, two, stripey, cozy, sporty, pink and gloomy were just some of the words that featured today. There has been a real buzz around the school around all things book!
