School Closure Information

If school is closed due to unexpected circumstances or adverse weather.  You will be notified through the school e-mail, text service and on the local radio station.  The announcement will also be placed on the scrolling banner of our website, which is found on the home page.  During periods of snowfall Hertfordshire County Council has a notification system which enables schools to report if they are open or closed; you can check to see our schools status using this link

Please note the system is cleared at midday each day so you will need to check after this time for further updates. We will endeavor to open as usual whenever possible.
