This morning during our whole school Assembly, we celebrated a much-loved Aldbury tradition — the selection of our May Fair King and Queen! With great excitement (and a big round of applause!), our youngest Reception pupils took centre stage to draw the names.

Both were thrilled to be chosen and will proudly lead the parade into the field at the Aldbury May Fair, officially opening this much-anticipated community event. ๐ผ๐ช
We captured the moment the names were drawn, and of course, a lovely photo of our newly crowned monarchs and our brilliant Reception children. This special tradition is a real highlight of the school year — we can’t wait to see Teddy and Florence lead the way on the big day!
